AlgoTicker shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or missed opportunities resulting from your use of the Platform or the execution of trades through the Platform. Algorithmic trading carries inherent risks, and you are solely responsible for any losses or damages incurred.

5. Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate with or provide access to third-party services, such as brokerage accounts or data providers. Any fees, charges, or refund policies associated with these third-party services are governed by the respective third-party providers and are not covered under this Refund Policy.

6. Changes to this Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Refund Policy on the Platform.
