If you wish to terminate your subscription to the Platform, you may do so at any time by following the cancellation process provided in your account settings. However, no refunds will be issued for any unused portion of your subscription term.
In the unlikely event that there is an error or issue with your account, trade execution, or other aspects of the Platform that is directly attributable to our systems or services, we will investigate the matter and take reasonable steps to rectify the issue. However, we cannot guarantee any specific resolution or refund.
AlgoTicker shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or missed opportunities resulting from your use of the Platform or the execution of trades through the Platform. Algorithmic trading carries inherent risks, and you are solely responsible for any losses or damages incurred.
The Platform may integrate with or provide access to third-party services, such as brokerage accounts or data providers. Any fees, charges, or refund policies associated with these third-party services are governed by the respective third-party providers and are not covered under this Refund Policy.
We reserve the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Refund Policy on the Platform.
